We had such an incredible experience at Volvo West Island thanks to Athena! From start to finish, she made everything feel seamless and stress-free. Not only was she incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but she also went above and beyond when my battery died days before my old car was due back - removing all the stress on my end and solving it for me.
What really stood out was how amazing she was with my daughter while we waited (for a while!) for the insurance company to call us back. She chatted with her, drew pictures and made it so much fun. She really went above and beyond and made the whole experience so personal for us. My daughter wanted to make sure we gave her an excellent review because of how much fun she had with her.

Our experience was amazing at Volvo West Island! The service that was provided By Jeff was beyond our expectations! You can tell that he truly believes in Volvo and that he’s not just there to sell you a car. We left with an xc90 and couldn’t be happier! Jeff was there to answer all our questions and he spent plenty of time showing us every little thing about the truck and how to use all the options and features. What a great place to deal with!
I was interested in an XC60 they had, and I am 3.5 hrs out of province. Jeffrey Haynes(sales) was excellent to deal with, and answered all my MANY questions by email. Drove down for a look, and made the deal, which was easy and fair, with no pressure. Vehicle was just as they described, and Jeffrey was very helpful with the cross border licensing.
Tony Joseph(finance) was also great to deal with.
I came back a week later to pick it up, and Jeffrey was gracious enough to even pick me up at the train station. I am an extremely picky buyer, and these folks made it a super easy transaction.
The included Volvo CPO warranty really is the best also.
