    We had such an incredible experience at Volvo West Island thanks to Athena! From start to finish, she made everything feel seamless and stress-free.     This is why I continue to go to Volvo West Island. Last Friday at around 3pm my XC60 just died and wouldn’t start. As we all know, the service department closes at 12:30pm on Fridays and when I called there were just a few people left in the building. The receptionist was kind enough to speak to the GM Matt and he told her to tell me if I can get the cat there by 6pm, they would have a courtesy car for me. Well, I was able to go do just that and sure enough, there was a car waiting for me… no questions asked. I found out after the fact that Matt called the service manager Marius and asked him who I was… I am Robbie, no one special but loyal to Volvo West Island for more than 20 years. Marius just told him to take care of me and we will take care of the details on Monday. Phew, crisis averted… Monday roles around and Marius takes care of whatever the issue was with my car at a very reasonable rate and time (like always) I am so grateful & appreciative to the whole staff at Volvo West Island.
