We had such an incredible experience at Volvo West Island thanks to Athena! From start to finish, she made everything feel seamless and stress-free. Not only was she incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but she also went above and beyond when my battery died days before my old car was due back - removing all the stress on my end and solving it for me.
What really stood out was how amazing she was with my daughter while we waited (for a while!) for the insurance company to call us back. She chatted with her, drew pictures and made it so much fun. She really went above and beyond and made the whole experience so personal for us. My daughter wanted to make sure we gave her an excellent review because of how much fun she had with her.
Athena is an absolute standout; professional, compassionate, and genuinely thoughtful. She’s a big part of why we’ll be recommending Volvo West Island to everyone we know. As busy working parents this was such an easy experience that we truly appreciated from start to finish - and of course we love the new car!
This is why I continue to go to Volvo West Island. Last Friday at around 3pm my XC60 just died and wouldn’t start. As we all know, the service department closes at 12:30pm on Fridays and when I called there were just a few people left in the building. The receptionist was kind enough to speak to the GM Matt and he told her to tell me if I can get the cat there by 6pm, they would have a courtesy car for me. Well, I was able to go do just that and sure enough, there was a car waiting for me… no questions asked. I found out after the fact that Matt called the service manager Marius and asked him who I was… I am Robbie, no one special but loyal to Volvo West Island for more than 20 years. Marius just told him to take care of me and we will take care of the details on Monday. Phew, crisis averted…
Monday roles around and Marius takes care of whatever the issue was with my car at a very reasonable rate and time (like always)

I only have kind words and appreciation for the Volvo West Island dealership, especially the service department with Marius and his team. They excel at customer service, going above and beyond with a smile at every appointment. Pleasant to deal with, responsive, quick to provide support. Keep up the incredible work, this is how you are ensuring you have clients who will keep coming back over and over again!
Five star service and quality!. But bring your own lubricant and bandages for your backside after they charge you 3+× what your local autoparts would charge you for the same part... love the car... but seriously the swedish have taken the American model of "Charging What The Market Can Bear, to a whole new automotive level. :-(
